Panorama is run by Panorama Technology, Inc.

You must be 18 or older to use Panorama.

Panorama is provided as-is, without uptime, durability, support, or fitness guarantees. Do not use it for emergencies, regulated data, secrets, harassment, spam, abuse, unlawful activity, or decisions where a delayed or lost message could cause harm.

Panorama, the host of every session, is an AI. What it writes can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not a lawyer, therapist, or professional mediator. Check anything that matters with the people involved, and do not use a session to threaten, harass, or deceive anyone. You can block someone and report a session; Panorama may end access to protect people.

You are responsible for what you write and for the apps you sign in to. Access may be rate limited, suspended, or ended to protect people or the service.

By using Panorama, you agree that features and data-handling details may change. Stop using it if these terms are not acceptable. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, except that an administrator’s account can’t be deleted while its address is on the service’s list of administrators.

Premium and payments

Premium gives an account a budget that limits what Panorama spends on its behalf; Free has none, for now. Premium is a monthly subscription at an amount you choose, in whole US dollars, from $10; your budget refills by that amount. What Panorama does in a session is charged to the budgets of its sponsors as the Plans page describes: model requests at cost, plus a flat $0.0005 a reply, shared in proportion to their plans.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Premium renews every month until you cancel. You can change your amount at any time: raising it charges the difference for the rest of the billing period at once, and lowering it takes the difference off later bills rather than refunding it. You can cancel at any time; Premium then lasts until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your account goes back to Free. If a payment can’t be collected after Stripe’s retries, your account goes back to Free. Deleting your account ends Premium at once, without a refund for the rest of the period.

A budget is a limit on what Panorama spends for you, not money held for you. Unused budget doesn’t roll over, isn’t refunded, and has no cash value. Model prices are set by their providers and can change at any time.
